DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
YES! you absolutely need to book in advance. Please check availability in our calendar and book to confirm a Room.
HOW MANY PLAYERS CAN PLAY IN A ROOM?
Minimum 2 players and maximum 6.
It doesn’t make sense to play alone and it would be that much harder to get out. It doesn’t make sense either to have a lot of people playing a room as we want everyone to get a piece of the action.
WHAT’S THE PRICE?
It depends on how many people are playing.
The bigger your team is, the less each individual member pays.
Team of 2: Each one pays 25€
Team of 3: Each one pays 20€
Team of 4: Each one pays 16€
Team of 5: Each one pays 15€
Team of 6: Each one pays 13€

You can pay online via Master Card or Visa.

You can pay Cash. Payment upon arrival
IM A REALLY GOING TO BE LOCKED UP?
YES! Muahahahahaha….
Jokes aside, yes you will be locked in a room for about 60 mins and you will need to find yourself out. If you fail to do so, then we will let you out ourselves… “Or not”.
HOW LONG DOES THE GAME TAKE?
As we mentioned before the game takes 60 minutes. but every reservation has an interval of 90 minutes. This is so we can get you properly started before the game and so you can take a couple of deep breaths after the excitement is over.
HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I BOOK
As far in advance as you can! We only have 1 game available. In order to guarantee a time and date, book your session online. If your plans change, you can always modify your booking online or cancel it free of charge 24h before the time booked.
CAN KID’S PLAY?
We are flexible with our age limit, but we recommend kid’s of 12+ years old to play and at least an Adult should always join to be responsible for the minors. Some of our Enigmas have shown to be a real challenge even for adults, so we advise for 1 or 2 adults to join the kid’s.
CAN I BOOK A ROOM AS A GIFT
YES, It would make an awesome Present!

If a you buy a Gift Card and some one else wants to join your team, they will be able to do so as long as your team does not exceed the maximum amount of 6 players. The difference can be payed upon arrival.
I HAVE A HEART CONDITION / IM CLAUSTROPHOBIC, CAN I STILL PLAY?
YES, Escape Salou is NOT dangerous in any way!
Someone will be monitoring the game at all time to ensure everyones safety. At the end it’s just a game, but if you find yourself wanting to exit, just let us know and we will let you out.
WHAT IF SOMEONE WANTS TO LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SESSION?
Then the game will be put on hold and we will let your team member out. This does not neceseraly stop the session, if other members want to continue the game, they may carry on.
THE PERSON WHO BOOKED THE ROOM, CAN NO LONGER COME. WHAT HAPPENS THEN?
Nothing. If someone cannot assist even if it’s the person who made the reservation, the rest may come and even add someone in replacement. Just let us know under who was the reservation made.
